About Elise
I competed in gymnastics and pole vault for 14 years before back pain ended my career. After years of investigation, regular Pilates was the only thing that relieved my pain, sparking my passion for its physical and mental benefits.

My teaching focuses on alignment, building strength and mobility, and tailoring each class to individual needs. I aim to make Pilates accessible to everyone by offering modifications where needed, so every client feels supported, capable, and confident in their body. I want clients to leave feeling taller, stronger, motivated, and better within themselves. I welcome all abilities and I specialise in small, supportive classes where individual attention is given. I’m passionate about helping people move better and feel better, while providing an hour of dedicated ‘you’ time to reset and de-stress.

I completed my Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification in 2019 and have since continued my training;

About Pilates
Pilates strengthens the whole body with a focus on core stability and breath control, helping to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing while reducing the risk of injury. It also supports mental wellbeing, offering time to switch off from daily stresses and reconnect with your body.

As a low-impact form of exercise, Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, including those returning from injury (with medical clearance).
My classes are rooted in the core Pilates principles and good posture, encouraging habits that carry through into everyday life.
