The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was introduced on 25th May 2018, therefore Release Pilates are obliged to provide a Privacy Policy to inform you of the information we hold about you and what your information is used for.

Data is collected via Google Forms within my Google Workspace account

Responses are stored securely on Google Drive

Google Workspace uses industry-standard security measures. While reasonable steps are taken to protect your data, no online system is completely secure.

Your personal data is processed under the following lawful bases:

Active clients: data is retained for the duration of our working relationship plus 12 months after your last session.
Inactive or non-continuing clients: data is retained for 12 months after the last form submission or contact.
After this period, data is securely deleted unless required for legal reasons.
